“Arbonirisme” exhibition in Latronquière in September
From August 30 to September 29, the Arbonirisme exhibition is hosted at the Musée Gabriel in Latronquière, in the Lot.
The location is the former “Au Magasin Universel ” where the wood sculptor Gabriel Elbaz Kercoff has his workshop and gallery: he presents his work there, and invites artists for temporary exhibitions.
This year, every month from May to November, artists of all practices will present their work. I have the pleasure of presenting Arbonirisme alongside Léonore Roussel and Josette Bouix.
Léonore Roussel sculpts with wire, resin, aluminum and acrylic to create works between lightness and depth, where the human is in balance.
Josette Bouix draws, sculpts, paints, sometimes on glass and ceramic. His faces with bright colors, sometimes unstructured lines, or crowns of flowers, express emotions intensely.
The opening will take place on Friday August 30 at 5 p.m., I will be delighted to meet you there.
