MLP Weekly #24 : Henri Martin's house

I had the pleasure of visiting the Domaine de Marquayrol, the house of the painter Henri Martin in Labastide du Vert, in the midst of renovation work carried out at full speed by its new owner and by Jean-Pierre Alaux, mayor of Albas and president of the association of volunteers who restore his extraordinary gardens. Soon, this place will welcome the public, but also an artists’ residence. Many beautiful projects are in the pipeline, and I will tell you about them in more detail in the summer issue of Dire Lot, with also the opening of the Henri Martin Museum in Cahors.
